Haptics
related to our sense of “touch”, haptics is home to our deepest memories and most instinctive reactions, talking a language of pain and pleasure, traumas and comfort, summer and winter. It requires active exploration of mutual influence of our body with external factors.
Despite of being ignored by compositional practices, haptics makes the experience of other senses full and more reliable, which make it a perfect tool for aesthetic experience.
sub frequencies
subfrequencies are the lowest part of the frequency spectrum, starting at 60hz and heading deep down below. At Sub_Bar we switch the music paradigm, and understand it not anymore as a composition of stimuli for our hearing sense, but for haptic one instead. Our music exists between 1hz and 150hz, and our performances intertwine with other artform, inviting us, for once, to listen with the whole body - except our ears.

Eufonia is an interdisciplinary platform that explores the relationship between art, science and culture through the medium of sound.
